Life can be stressful at times! The goal of this 90-minute workshop is to help participants identify practices that will help them manage the mental and physical demands of their personal and professional lives.

The goal of this 3-hour workshop is to help participants take steps toward making wellness a lifestyle rather than an occasional practice. Participants can expect to complete a personal-care assessment, explore various self-care practices, identify three wellness goals and develop an annual self-care plan.

What we consume matters! This 90-minute workshop emphasizes the 80% rule and encourages participants to adopt a healthy diet to improve body function, mood and productivity.

Autumn and Spring are perfect seasons to (re)start your fitness journey! This 90-minute session is designed to educate participants on the benefits of regular exercise, (re)introduce them to the 11 components of physical fitness and help them find creative ways to get moving.

Sometimes we have to have hard conversations with the people we work with and live with. How we handle those conversations determines our outcome. Will there be ongoing conflict or a harmonious resolution? You get to decide!

In this 90-minute session, participants will explore wellness practices that engage the mind, body and soul (i.e. mindfulness, meditation, prayer, affirmations, movement, etc.).

Sometimes we write, sometimes we paint, sometimes we craft, but there's ALWAYS a twist! Participants can expect to leave this 90-minute session feeling inspired by their creative masterpiece.

Foam & Flow

A high-energy, 90-minute sensory experience designed to help kids move, play, and connect in a fun, foam-filled environment. This interactive workshop promotes gross motor development through active movement and encourages social interaction through shared play. With music, movement, and mountains of foam, children are free to explore and engage at their own pace—making it an excellent tactile activity for all children including those with special needs. Foam & Flow brings joyful, inclusive play to life while supporting physical and social-emotional growth.
